Eddie's Blog is where I write up the Linux and self-hosting work I do day to day. That includes hardening SSH, encrypting disks, running Docker and Podman in production, scripting with Bash, and choosing filesystems and distros. Every guide comes from a real setup I've built and run myself, usually on my own servers and NAS.

I have more than a decade of experience building Laravel and PHP applications, iOS apps and the Linux infrastructure they run on.
